Thread: Anthony Davis on Ken Pomeroy's POY Watch List

Ken Pomeroy has released his mid-year POY watch list and Anthony Davis is the only freshman Ken considers to be in the running. Anthony comes in at #5 and here is what Ken had to say about him.

5. Anthony Davis, Kentucky (.422): The only freshman on the list, Davis is here mostly due to his defense, but he’s not one dimensional. He’s making 69% of his two-point attempts while rarely turning the ball over.If Davis continues on his uptick and develops his offensive game (read: begins to create his own) there is a very good chance he will be at the top of the POY list when it is all said and done.
