Derek Anderson to Noel – “I’m here for u bro.”

Former Wildcat Derek Anderson suffered a similar torn ACL injury as Nerlens Noel and missed most of the 1996-97 season. Anderson went on to graduate from the University of Kentucky in 1997 with a degree in pharmacy. Despite the injury, he played 9 long years in the NBA. He expressed his support by visiting Noel earlier today.
