Dear SEC Tournament Champs, UK Wildcats!

Dear Kentucky Wildcats – 2010 SEC Tournament Champions,

What an amazing performance and pure proof that you can never give up. Since you never give up and you never disappoint, you are being crowned the 2010 SEC Champions! Eric Bledsoe with the amazing missed free throw, DeMarcus Cousins with the amazing putback, John Wall with the unbelievable three-pointer and then DeMarcus again with the made free throw that sealed the win. Although few of us can understand what you guys are feeling right now, you can’t imagine how you have made your fans feel. You guys are awesome!

In just one year you guys have brought the 44^th regular season title and the 26^th SEC Championship back to the Bluegrass. The Nation of Blue wanted to write this letter to let you know how excited you have made us and how proud we are of your performance. It’s now time to refocus for the big dance, what you have all thought about and dreamed of for your entire life. It’s time to make the journey through March Madness, reach Indianapolis and win the NCAA Championship. During these next week’s, your attention will have to be uninterrupted and your efforts will have to be relentless. You have played your hearts out this season and have made us all proud. Keep it up and you’ll bring home the big prize.

To all of the Kentucky Wildcat players and coaching staff: thank you for this fabulous year, thank you for the fabulous SEC Tournament and championships and we’re completely behind you on your path to the NCAA Championship.

This has been one incredible b-ball season, y'all have made it worhwhile!!! Y'all are a truly blessed and talented team! I'm really proud of the way y'all have played! Coach Cal is an incredible coach and anyone would be blessed to be coached by him as well as them being blessed by coaching y'all!! I have nothing but high hopes for y'all in this tourney!! I just wish all y'all would stay one more season! Y'all would be incredible, not that y'all aint already...Just would be older and have more experience!! Wish y'all the best..GO BIG BLUE!!! UK Basketball has never been better!!! I have enjoyed this season so much and I owe it all to you!!! I have been a fan since I was a little girl and it is so great to be a part of the Big Blue Nation. You guys are great and have so much talent. Your win in the SEC Championship was a great example of team basketball...you guys worked together and never gave up and that is definitely what we need to do in the big tournament!! There are tons of stars on the team and they all offer something different but at the end of the day there is no I in team and its definitely a team effort if we want the W. So no arguing amongst each other....just focus on the opponent and getting the job done!!! Hold your temper Big Guys and no one will stop us!!! Let's show everyone why we have the Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year and so many more including a coach who deserved to be Coach of the Year!!! Refuse to Lose and Bring Home the Hardware!!!! You have a big fan base and we are behind you all the way and we will be proud of you no matter what.....So, hold your heads up high and dance like no one is watching and dance all the way to the Final Two!!!! Go Big Blue....Pull us through!!!! In the words of Big Cuz, Call me....Patrick Patterson lol. Happy Birthday!!!!
