Dear DeMarcus Cousins,

You are an extremely talented young man who brings a lot of character to the University of Kentucky Wildcats. It doesn't matter if we're calling you DeMarcus, Big Cuz or Boogie; it's your unique personality and your extreme passion that we appreciate more than anything. Ok, Ok, we love what you leave on the court too!

In 28 games you've achieved 17 double-doubles and are currently averaging a double-double with over 16 points and over 10 rebounds per game. That is simply remarkable. With 3 regular season games left, you have already surpassed the UK freshman record. Part of the reason you came to Kentucky was because of the tradition; you should feel proud that you have engraved your name into it. We are definitely proud of you.

Over the past several weeks you have had to deal with a great deal of immaturity from opponents fans; burning up your cell and leaving derogatory comments to being accused of being on medication for psychological problems. Yet you have remained composed and let all of your fans know that your more mature than what "the haters" will ever have the pleasure of realizing. This Kentucky fan will always be proud to say that I am a fan and had the pleasure to watch you play at Kentucky; whether it be for just a year or you decide to stay longer.

Over these next few weeks of the regular season and the SEC Tournament, keep doing it with style Big Cuz. Bring that extreme passion you have to each and every game and keep taking it strong to the basket. Your size and strength combined with your touch and footwork make you the best big man in the country and I look forward to watching you for the remainder of this season.

Big Cuz...You've had a great season so far....you've come a long way this season and it's been fun to watch you develop and mature. You've only scratched the surface on how good you can be. Keep it up and Go Big Blue!

I love to watch the Wildcats play this year. I just love your attitude, New York street interviews, dancing with the wildcat after the 2000th win. The best is watching you play in the game. You will probaly leave for the pros, but the fans (me especially) would love for you to stay.
