Davis, Kidd-Gilchrist, Brandon Knight in The BBVA Rising Stars Challenge

Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Charlotte Bobcats (Rookie)

Along with other sophomores and rookies, the three former UK stars will participate in the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge which will be televised live nationally on TNT and broadcast live on ESPN Radio on February 15 at the Toyota Center in Houston. The two teams consists of nine rookies and sophomores, drafted from a pool selected by NBA’s assistant coaches.

The draft will happen on Thursday, February 7. Serving as general managers again are Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal of Team Chuck and Team Shaq respectively.
