Following the SEC Championship game between our beloved Wildcats and the Bulldogs of Mississippi State, Rick Stansbury (Miss. State head coach / Kentucky native) began his rant about the lane violation committed by both UK players, John Wall and Darius Miller following a free throw from Eric Bledsoe. Although the call was not made by SEC officials calling the game, per league bylaw SEC Bylaw 10.5.4, which prohibits coaches, players and support personal from publicly criticizing officials. Therefore Stansbury has since been fined $30,000 for his rant and now joins Florida head football coach, Urban Meyer as victims of the SEC rule.
