I have read alot of stories about John Wall, but this one is by far the best. It really tells the story of the trials and tribulations he went through as a kid. And of course we all know how the story of him coming to UK and what he done here, and as the NBA draft draws closer, reading this about him in the Washington Post gives me a new out look on John Wall, and I love him more now than ever.

this is possibly the last update on moultrie, according to allkyhoops.com even daniels and a mississippi state site have broke the news. ARNETT MOUTRIE WILL PLAY AT MISSISSIPPI STATE IN 2011!! most people thought moultrie to kentucky was a done deal, but UTEP granted him a waiver to play at Mississippi State.

    "
Evan Daniels of Scout.com posted on Twitter late tonight that UTEP transfer Arnett Moultrie is heading to Missisippi State.

    Here is Daniels' post:

evandanielscout Not sure if this is out there yet...but just got a tip that Arnett Moultrie is headed to Mississippi State to play for Rick Stansbury.

He later added that Mempis Roar seems to have broken the news:

evandanielscout Looks like Memphis Roar already reported it. Regardless...good pick up for the Bulldogs.

Kentucky was thought to be in an excellent position to land Moultrie, but UTEP granted a waiver that allowed him to go to Mississippi State.

Moultrie will have to sit out a season and will be eligible in 2011."

According to the "Starkville Daily News" in Starkville Mississippi, Arnett Moultrie will not be playing college basketball next season. Moultrie would have been able to play college ball thanks to a hardship waiver allowing him to play if his new school is significantly close to his sick reletive in mamphis then his old school (hello lexington!!). however an added line to the release contract from UTEP prevents him from gaining this waiver, forcing him to sit out a season.

i originally saw this on allkyhoops.com and was outraged at it. i cant believe a school would stop a recruit from playing the game he loves because he wants to be closer to a sick relative. especially since the schools hes considdering (Kentucky, Mississippi state, texas, and arkansas), with the exception of texas, do not under normal circumstances usually play UTEP in the regular season. leave comments to show your thoughts about this contract
