Remember when Billy Gillispie was recruiting JR. High kids? I'm not exactly sure how old those kids were, but I remember thinking why? Is it really worth it? I used to think it wasn't, but now I'm thinking Calipari needs to hop on the next flight out of Lexington and sign this 11 year old!!

He's just unbelievable! I know this video has probably already made it's rounds around the web, but I just can't stop watching it. Just watch the video and you'll see how good he is, but what's more impressive is his work ethic. There's no telling how good he'll be by the time he reaches high school.

If you have kids and you haven't read Malcolm Gladwell's book "Outliers" you should definitely pick it up. It will absolutely change your perspective on things. You'll also see how this kid is a definite Outlier! He'll have 10,000 hours of basketball in before he reaches college!
