The BBL is not usually one to post rumors or break news, but we�ve talked to some pretty reputable contacts today, and they have confirmed to us that the nation�s consensus top high school player, Brandon Knight, is a �done deal� to sign with Kentucky.

But our sources say that it�s now a sure thing. The same sources also say C.J. Leslie is also pretty close to a certainty, as well.
We can�t give away our sources right now, but they include a member of the coaching staff at one of the school�s chasing Knight.
The biggest outstanding question now is what will Eric Bledsoe do when the season is over? It is our opinion that EB would be making a mistake to leave school early and that he should be the man at PG next year for UK. But the Knight signing certainly makes things interesting.
We�ll be back with more news as it comes available.

[B]The quarterback of my beloved Steelers was @ the game.. WOW that made my night as well... Patrick Patterson came through AGAIN.... Loved it... I know people think I am a Wall hater.. BUT I AM NOT.. he just didn't pull his weight AGAIN this game.... Don't know what his hang up is but he needs to fix it.. I think what got me to looking closer @ him was the interview he gave when he said he didn't pay any attention to what Coach Cal says he just goes out and plays.. That was not a good thing in my eyes to say... I really think these young players can get bigger egos than stats sometimes... He tends to turn over the ball alot and yeah he will make an amazing play that makes ppl overlook the turn overs but he needs to work on his game and not worry about the NBA just yet... thats just my opinion.. Bledsoe sat out for a bit but I think he got the message Cal was trying to send him cause when he got back in there a different player.[/B]

[B]Man they would destroy each other but neither school in my opinion has any class whatsoever. I think that if the fans use the conduct that these two schools use there should be a NCAA rule imposed upon the school , fan base or student body to the same extent of a player should there be an unsportsmanlike call made. I know everyone will say that can't be done.. but let a few universities play a few ball games with only the opposing schools fans there that wouldn't be fun now would it ? The players were none to friendly either. They showed their own true colors by the way they were unable to shake our teams hand at the end of the game. Well some of them anyway.. but I heard a comment someone had made earlier not on this site but another that.. those poor Miss St. players their fans made them look bad they didnt' deserve all that.. in my opinion THEY would have chucked a few our way if they could have gotten away with it.[/B]
