Will your cable provider carry the SEC Network? Find out here.

In August 2014, ESPN and the SEC will launch the new SEC Network. The network will air SEC content 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including 45 SEC football games, more than 100 men’s basketball games, 60 women’s basketball games, 75 baseball games and events from across the SEC’s 21 sports annually.

Many UK games currently televised on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, Fox Sports South, UK IMG Network, CSS and SEC TV will likely be available only the new SEC Network. Since many marquee games will be available only on the network,  fans need to demand their cable and satellite providers carry it.

About Regina Rickert

I am a writer and photographer covering UK for Nation of Blue and 11th Region prep hoops for The Road To Rupp. I started out as a media contact for the Berea College News Service, sending out press releases to hometown newspapers. This led to covering Berea men's basketball and writing game summaries for the Richmond Register newspaper. I eventually combined my love of photography with my passion for sports. I began shooting UK athletics in 2010.

As a side-note, the SEC Digital Network is available on Roku. Just saying …

I have one of those. How does that work? Is it a subscription you have to pay for or is it free with Roku?
