I've learned so far this football season that the breed of the Uk fan base is quite eclectic. You have the quiet fans who sit there silently, then after 3 quarters will leave if the team is losing, the loud fans that take every single play in the game personally, the fans that call themselves fans but don't watch a lick of the game and sit and chat with their friends the whole time, or the fan that drinks so much before the game he wakes ...

Ok, now I know the fans need something to do during the games, but to do something called the Wildcat Wobble?

I thought that was what our football team has done over the last 3 weeks, do we really need to name a dance after it?

Well the marketing department has come up with another genius idea. Here it is.

It also looks like the Wobble broke out on campus today sometime...geez. ...

A while back we did a piece called "who is college football's equivalent to UK basketball?" and the eventual winner was the Michigan Wolverines. Many variables factored into that outcome: Wins, All-Americans, Conference Championships and National Championships. When trying to decide who UK football's college basketball equivalent is, the variables change...drastically. Brace yourself, this could suck.

    Let's cover the ...

Fred Tiller, a 3 star athlete from Clinch County Georgia, has committed to Kentucky.

Tiller, who can play either wide receiver or defenisive back, also had offers from Vanderbilt, Mississippi State, Georgia Tech, Nebraska, and Kansas.

Tiller visited during the Kentucky/Louisville game and cancelled the rest of his visits after checking out Lexington.

    Here are highlights ...

This football season hasn't exactly gone the direction UK fans had hoped. First, the team squeaks out a win over what we now know is a pretty bad Western Kentucky team. Then it takes a second half comeback to overcome Central Michigan, who the following week got pounded by Western Michigan....I mean Western Michigan?

Then a UK fan's worst dream came true this past Saturday with a loss to the dirty birds of Louisville. A game ...

I remember not too long ago, oh lets say about 3 weeks ago, Joker Phillips was talking about the Kentucky offensive line like they could have blocked for Walter Payton. The O-line was going to be what made our offense good.

Three games later, Kentucky is 2-1 and most of the blame can go to it's offensive line.

Yesterday, there were 14 tackles for loss which totaled 71 yards.

Morgan Newton was sacked 6 times.

Does this sound like the high point of a ...

Note: This is not my original post. My original post got lost because I'm too stupid to save it as I go. This has happened to me before, so you'd think I'd learn from my mistakes, but obviously I don't. This qualifies me to be the football coach at Kentucky. So if this post seems boring, uninspiring, emotionless, and just plain frustrating, well, it will be perfectly fitting, since I do it in tribute to Joker Phillips.

I'm not mad. I'm not even disappointed. ...
