The Kentucky Wildcats took on the Bears of Baylor today in the Elite Eight round of the NCAA Tournament. The winner would punch their ticket to New Orleans and take on Louisville in the Final Four.

After the Wildcats exhilarating victory over the Indiana Hoosiers late last night, the Kentucky players still looked like they mean business. I saw smiles on their faces but I also saw a look in their eyes that they were still after one prize, to be the last team standing. You could tell that eight is great, but they only want one.

The Kentucky Wildcats were in Catlanta tonight for the NCAA Tournament’s round of sixteen, taking on the Indiana Hoosiers. Being that IU was the only team who had handed these Wildcats a loss in the regular season, UK would no doubt look to make a statement in this game.

Tonight at 9:45, Kentucky plays Indiana for both a trip to the Elite Eight and a chance to exact revenge for the team's only regular season loss. I assume the late start time is a preventative measure on the part of CBS to ensure Bobby Knight would already be safely asleep.

I've heard mixed opinions on the outcome of the game, some who say Kentucky will win and some who are nervous about losing. Me, I say Kentucky has it in the bag; it's just a matter of what the final margin ...

The NCAA Tournament is a special time of year, especially if you live in KY! Going to school on game day during March, consisted of running to the next class to you could catch the rest of the game.
